7pc Soho Style Birch & Veneers Dining Table & Leatherette Parson Chairs Set Review

I was in the market for an affordable 6 person expandable table for up to 8 on special occasions. Beacuse I am on the shorter side, I also wanted it in normal table height (not counter/pub height). After looking around for a bit, I selected the soho 7 piece set. It arrived quick, set up was easy, and looks great. Seems pretty stable and solid. Chairs have lots of padding and are very comfortable. The chairs are similar, if not the exact ones, I see in stores like Costco, Target, or Wal-Mart. So picking up another 2 chairs won’t be a problem, but spacing might be a little tight from the looks of it. The one downside was that within minutes of moving the table into my dining room, my toddler knicked it throwing her sweater on the table. You may want to invest in some placemats or table covers to keep the table top mark free.

I bought this cover for an outdoor two cushion sofa (not a bulky sofa). I was able to cover the sofa along with some end tables and plant stands laid on top of the sofa. My outdoor furniture is under an overhang area with a solid roof so it is rather protected but still is subjected to blowing snow and winds. I took my cushions off the sofa and stored in the garage. I’ve had this less than a week so the cats (3) are just beginning to get curious about it. The kitty condo is sturdily built and arrived in one piece – nothing to assemble! It’s heavy, the packaging stated that it’s 70 pounds. One of my cats loves the scratching post, I found one of them curled up in the lower landing and all three chase the laser light around the posts. My 19 pound cat may have a problem getting into the enclosed part.
Will update when they really get going with it! I’m going to add a swinging toy to increase their interest.
